And it is not just that. The difficulty modifier for multiple monsters being gone, most encounters actually become way harder than that. For encounters with 3-6 enemies for example, the new level 20 high is three and half times more difficult than the old level 20 deadly. I think people underestimate the impact of this.To get an idea of the change, an old level 20 “deadly” encounter is now rated “moderate”.
