Is someone keeping track of the treasure?
@FitzTheRuke If time allows, Doc is taking a short rest while the others free prisoners and the like.
OOC: I don't think there's been much treasure per se: individual weapons, yes. but no cash so far?

Once the chest is open, the Colonel will want to see if the cells hold prisoners, and if they can be freed.

Legend
The cells held prisoners, and their voices could occasionally be heard, muffled through the thick doors, saying, "What has happened?" or "Is someone out there?"

The Colonel took the big key ring. There were eleven keys that seemed likely to belong to the cells - the right size and shape for the style of locks - though a quick count revealed that there were twelve cells.

Waythe listened to Kahru's description of the rune on the jug, and she answered, "That is the rune pustedamp - the word for when you breathe water vapor when it is cold. But it has been modified with an ulodt, which changes its meaning to... pustevanp? I think it is a play on words. You are breathing the water in, instead of out. Whatever that means. Now, can we find more enemies to slaughter? I'm bored."

OOC: Which cell do you want to open first?

"breath in water vapour?" the Northman frowned as the great sword explained. He took up the jug and looked inside, he saw no need to be cautious of water vapour. Waythe was right though, it was time to move on, and Kahru was ready to take the jug and follow the colonel down to the cells.

Once there he held Waythe ready, thinking "do you sense anything behind these doors?".
The barbarian proceeded down to the last of the sealed doors before turning back to check on where the others were positioned and in particular if the colonel was ready with the set of keys

The jug had a large stopper, and Kahru popped it out and looked inside. It held a sort of water with a bluish, slightly glowing swirl. It was more than one person could drink (though probably a quick slurp for a hill giant). It would split nicely into four water skins, or a vessel of similar size.

Kahru the druid took a quick sniff of the bluish liquid in the jug and grinned, it was clear that it was not normal water but the glowing swirl would have to wait to be identified - the prisoners in the cells needed to be dealt with first.

There would be time enough to split the contents into four waterskins when the company finally got to rest...

Donnell drops the bundle of weapons in the middle of the cells and unfurls them.

He looks around and realize he doesn't have much to do so he busies himself with the counting of the money. As he watches the group, he sorts through the various coins,

"As a squire, besides swordplay, and military tactics, I was taught to forge swords but I enjoyed more delicate work and, often, my blades looked beautiful but would inevitably break when put to the test. My favorite part was always the finishing touches on the blades...I didn't care much for hammering metal into place. Because of this, Lord Falldur thought I might be more interested in castings and smithing finer tools and locksmithing.

So, If any of those big locks don't open, I'll have a look."

OOC: re. Loot: I recall 1 or 3 gems the last time the party came, when we split in 2 groups, one staying with the stone giant, the other going into some kind of temple[
