In thinking about the possible sale of the raiding boat, something occurred to Dandin that had not done so before: The river-boat that belonged to Janos and the raiding boat that they had taken from the goblins had been very similar. Strangely similar in construction: of equal length, breadth, depth. The same number of oars, the same mast. The only differences he could think of were in add-ons: the shield-wall on the sides; the ramming prow. It was curious.
