"If wizards attack the manor, we will be hard-pressed to defend all entrances. Do we know how many there are? What is their power?"

@FitzTheRuke how many elves and what "type" (ranged, melee, casters) are available for combat? Vairar spent some time here. Not much, but he may know. Or not.

Legend
"Dey got a General (odd-lookin' bloke); two wizahds; four ogres; six half-ogres; nine riders (three on bulls, six on pigs); five shamans; eight cap'tins (prolly tougher den da rabble)," Dornuk answered. Rubbing his eyes, he contiued, "It gets hard ta count da regulars, as dey move aroun', but each cap'tin leads six ta ten, so let's say unner seventy rabble."

"That's right,"
agreed Talynen, "The wizards have been seen to have human bodyguards, perhaps as many as four each."

"A hundred and twenty-two, if you include the well-trained mounts."
concluded Sir Darfin, "Whereas we have: Myself and my sister (two wizards); Dornuk, Talynen, and Captain Yaelis; Yaelis has fourteen elf guards, four of whom are highly skilled; Then there are my usual men (under quieter circumstances), four men of Daggerford. The manor itself has a few magical defenses, as well as an Earth Elemental and a dozen grues (minor elementals). Two of the suits of armour on the stairs are animate, if trouble comes, and we could direct them if we need to."

He went on to add, "To that, we have the pleasure to add the seven of you, your bear, that valiant little orb, and the tressym."

"Forty-eight."
ventured Talynen, "Against one-hundred-twenty-two."

Dornuk smiled, "We're gonna be fine."

Tommi makes a suggestion. He's hesitant in front of nobility, but perseveres."Does it make sense to wait to see what the general does? We've taken out two of his outposts. Either he'll send reinforcements, or at least scouts to see what has happened. We can pick them off. Or, if he somehow assumes that they've been lost, he'll shore up his defenses here and look for an attack. In that case the sight of the war wagon would give him a target and an explanation. And we see no evidence that they have the ability to shoot at the same range as it." The boy pauses.

"Why is he odd-looking, by the way?"
