Legend
In the 5e game I’m running, the Foretold in the Book of the Arc are…
  • Beauregard Baryonyx, Esq., a tortle totem warrior barbarian and lawyer
  • Sackjacket, a kenku swarmkeeper ranger
  • Aoeyn, a drow pact of the tone warlock (Great Old One)
  • Sitra Achra, a fallen aasimar pact of the chain warlock
  • Vladimir Lemon, a gnome sorcerer and lush
  • Sir Utred, a half-elven oath of vengeance paladin (now with pet hatchling dragon)
They’re currently 3rd level.

In the upcoming 5e campaign I’m playing in, we just started making characters. I’m going to run Armand Armando Amontillado de Casa Del Toro é Fortunado, a gnomish dandy wizard with a gambling problem.

I've got three games running, 2 have been active, the 3rd which I DM is only just getting back up and running after a long hiatus.

Group 1 from the game I run, all level 6.
  • A hungry hungry halfling storm barbarian
  • A fire loving dragonborn draconic sorcerer of the local town watch
  • A mushroom loving lizardfolk moon druid
  • An emotionless, always introducing himself, warforged unit serial number 8008, artificer (that psychic one from a while back)
  • A lovable half-elf lore bard, though may soon be a cleric of some description.

Group 2, run by the player of the warforged unit in my campaign. All level 7.
  • An entertainer tabaxi arcane trickster that I keep thinking is a bard
  • An air genasi tempest cleric
  • A fire genasi eldritch knight with a cool radiant damage dealing morningstar, arguably the best in the group on account of it being my PC
  • An annoying halfling drunken style monk (player is great, but man can his monk be annoying)
  • A bird-person (starts with A) land druid. DM once forgot she was a bird-person and when she wanted to fly up somewhere mentioned she wasn't high enough level for that wildshape
  • A tabaxi lore bard, now deceased after a disastrous run in with an undead draco-hydra. Player is now running the tempest cleric
Group 3. Run by the tempest cleric player from my friend's game. Playing the phandelver adventure, we've recently hit level 3.
  • Aasimar vengeance paladin, possibly the main healer
  • Human moon druid, possibly the main tank
  • Human Fighter, might be a champion, might still be being decided. Would like to be the main damage dealer but can't roll higher than a 5
  • Halfling rogue, can't recall the subclass, spent a large amount of time going through the options. Probably thief or assassin, maybe soul knife. Has a creepy voice which accounts for why he's so intimidating
  • Then there's me, the greatest dwarven war mage evar! Now have a staff of defence so no longer have to worry so much about getting hit due to an AC of 10. I often somehow ended up in the front lines, not the best.
Bonus Group. When we were last locked down I DMed some thunder rift adventure modules for my friends, turning them into a very loose mini campaign. They finished at level 4 having run 4 or 5 of them.
  • A pixie rune knight, based on the wee free men.
  • The plainest, most average human ranger a friend could make, named Bob.
  • A loxodon, 5 dex, swashbuckling rogue. Hid by hoping that no one would want to talk about the elephant in the room.
  • A dwarf war cleric, basically Dougal from father Ted.
  • A tiefling hexblade warlock known as Stupid Sexy Flanders.
