Loki Season 2 Discussion - Spoilers

If someone were to be spaghettified into a thousand different versions of themselves across time it would definitely be a guy named "Victor Timely" I will give you that.

Also... one other thing: given that He Who Remains was killed, are we absolutely sure that Alioth still functions as before? What if everything that got pruned is still, like, not completely gone? At the very least I am not sure I would count Ravonna out just because she was pruned. He Who Remains may have betrayed Ravonna, but that does not necessarily mean Alioth would not have an exception for her. Especially how everything went to naughty word so soon after her pruning.

I have no idea what is happening in the show anymore. Like, there's a threat to the TVA because too many alternate timelines? Except I thought there were already endless timelines because What If?
Remember that season 2 is taking place in the immediate days after the death of He Who Remains. Even though we have seen them already, What If?, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Dr Strange and the Multiverse of Madness, and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania all take place after Loki season 2 concludes. I guess all those films are spoilers that all the multiple timelines persist beyond the end of this season.

HWR corpse looked pretty decayed, and Sylvie had been living her McDonalds life for sometime.
in fact from the first episode of Loki timeslipping 400 years might have passed for anyone not inside the TVA

Of course, since this is a time travel show, there's no reason that she couldn't have been at her new McDonald's job for quite a while but only moments have passed for Loki. Since everything is from Loki's point of view, it does make sense that, at least for Loki, it's only been a couple of days. For Silvie, it may easily have been years. Same as for Brad.

The TVA exists outside of time, though, so "before" and "after" are tricky concepts when trying to tie it into the progression of events across a few years out on the timelines.

If they turned off the "magic blocking" would the drawer full of infinity stuff from season one work? Or is it all keyed to the universe it came from? (Was there something about that in What If? Or am I splicing in JLA/Avengers memories).

And yet it still has its own internal time, since Loki was jumping into the past and future inside the TVA. Very timey wimey!

Hmm. If I remember, Casey explained in season 1 that they don't work because they're outside of time, not because they're magic and magic is blocked. So I suspect they still would just be fancy paperweights or whatever.
