No they turned off the anti magic field in this episode when they reset all the systems.

No, if was explained in a What If? episode that they only work on their original timeline, and those were all pruned, so they are nothing more than paperweights.

The Infinity Stones are not even magical per se, right? They are literally distilled essences of the forces of the(ir) universe.

Indeed, I have been thinking around this point as well, althought a bit more zany (perhaps).

What if time runs backwards in the TVA in comparison to the rest of the multiverse. They think it stands still, but actually it does not. So, what we actually saw with Timely becoming spaghetti was the formation of all the Kang's (including He Who Remains).

It does not make any logical sense, but time travel and causality loops never make sense.
