Derp, sorry about the delay, also, not sure if the gun port had any real gaps in the armor, but I'm assuming it did, also, I mean, Come on, I just Had to try and give the boss a big "shoot me here" weak spot on its chest XD
 

Whelp, the check required roll is turning out to be a bit more limiting than I thought. The Princess needs an 18 on the die to get maximum effect, 13 ranks, 5 penetrating, against the robot. And with its +16 toughness, a DC 23 attack is a long slog of a fight if it were one-on-one.
 

Well I did sort of warn you about that limitation and how it would effect you... and yes it also have Ultimate Save (toughness) meaning if I give you a Hero Point it rolls a 36 on its toughness save... but it is a Technology Terror from an EVIL genius and all... (also some other players may or MAY not be onto something at the back of the robot where Princess can't see right now ;))
 


She had one and had to make a toughness save... tell you want. As you failed by 1, if you want I will give you +1 Hero Point and say she did not hear about that and does not know what's going on at the back of the robot :D

You don't HAVE to take the HP, just GM tempting
 

That was announced over the radio.

The Princess will join the group in attacking directly at the insides once you guys have the hatch open. Or, if they need help opening the hatch, she will join them. But at the moment she's rattled by how hard it is to perform in front of a REAL threat. If at some point someone announces "If only we could open this hatch" she will help out.

Additionally, I will want to remove the limitation at some point. (Not in the middle of a fight, obviously.) But looking back on the character, I realize that the 5 points saved on the array is spent upping the check roll skill. So, with GM permission, after the fight, I would like to reduce the skill by 5 and up the pool by 5 eliminating the check required limitation.

Well, since it saves anyway on a roll of 4, sure, I'll take the HP so I can use it next round. :) Note it in the IC thread.
 



summery of next turn, use Tech skill to find out how to open the hatch and, if able with quickness 2, open it.
Also, can we cut down on the OoC posts in the IC? It ruins the immersion when you have Entire posts that are only Out of Character. -_-
