Possibly. The more explicit you are in posting where each and every modifier originates, the more likely it will be allowed.

Just checking to see if I got in before I spend hours drafting up a character.

I will select a party from the chacters posted acccording to my whims of the moment, which may include compatible alignments and [very brief] backgrounds. I don't recommend spending a great deal of time creating a character. I expect personalities to develop in-game, organically.

Son of the noble house Aldar when his father died his mother left back for the woods of her people leaving Harald in a predicament big house, no money and a total lack of life experience other than what he had picked up from books. His favorite tales where those of swords and dragons sung by the minstrels and what better way to make some coin than with the latest epic tale to be sung, what ever that was so off Harald set into the world and its filthy, filthy taverns oh this trip would be "fun".

Think i got everything down if i missed anything i blame the kids. Harald is a total dandy and not suited to adventuring at all, totally self obsessed but he has a heart of gold if not somewhat misplaced.

So, so far we seem to have the following proposed characters: Warlock (KahlessNestor), Cleric (Searinox Nagharha), Fighter (ccs), Rogue (DMAesh), Bard (Azurewraith), Monk (jmuchiello). I hope I didn't miss anyone.

Charwoman Gene, and perhaps others have stated an interest but haven't yet submitted characters, so I guess I'm wondering whether the interest is still there? There's really no hurry to submit, I'm pretty far from ready at this point. In fact, most of the design for the game is to be found in the early posts in this thread.
