Okay, with being in the middle of the walls it occurs to me that Oromeax can't get sufficient flying angle to get out without hovering, right? If he had Jump skill I'd say just jump over the wall, which would be a cool visual. Anyway, if that's correct that he can't fly over then for the MEA start hovering with a east-and-up momentum. If he can fly, then he'll meet his minimum stall distance by exiting over the south wall and circling over to land at 80n80e and then bite-snatch on the lich. (he is Medium size, right?)

If he can't do the fly thing, then simply give him a blast of lightning breath to welcome him after starting the hover.

Hey, was Oromeax shaken by Lot's Wife's aura?

If Lot's Wife is bite-snatched, she will touch Oromeax. If Oromeax is hovering above the Victory Zone, she will bring a pillar of fire down on Oromeax.

The mighty Oromeax is not shaken (28 Will save), but he is starting to sweat from the heat generated around Lot's Wife.

Round 420: Oromeax gathers hover momentum and breathes lightning. Lot's Wife does not dodge (26 Ref save) and takes 109.

Lot's Wife heals to 5 hp and casts a spell which has no effect (29+2 CL check).

Well, that was rather more effective than Oromeax expected. He'll smash at her with his tail (had to quick skim the thread to find the reach on that one), with no PA, and settle right back down on the ground.
