Rockette sees Ulmo squeezing at 105N40E. It takes a swing through the hole in the wall at 100N50E and hits (rolled 56-2) for 33-2-20 damage. Ulmo resists the slam's effect (37 Fort save) and has 54 hp left.

Ulmo reaches out with a little tap and a defensively-cast plane shift in hopes that Rockette will dance off somewhere else, and then decides not to stick around to see what a full attack is like and flies out though the coldfire wall(s). Due to manueverability, he wont' be able to clear the East-West wall's top on his way out.

I've never been clear if you can use Combat Expertise when not making a true melee attack (in this case just the touch attack for the spell), but if he can then he'll max out CE (to -5 AC).

I'm not sure about the Combat Expertise, but Rockette does not get an AoO because Ulmo is around the corner of the hole in the wall.
