NG vs. NE: Neutral Evil is Victorious!

Round 172

P. Diggy misses with bite (rolled 32), but when he continues, he hits with a claw and two wings (worst hitting roll 35; best missing roll 27) for a total of 33 points of damage. Jurathor is dead.

P. Diggy is at 55N55E with 22 HP.

Next in round 172 for Neutral Good is a planetar (Monster Manual).

Greybar[sblock]The planetar recognizes its opponent as a pyroclastic dragon, an evil dragon from the lower planes. It knows its dragon traits, that it can burrow and climb, that it is immune to fire and sonic attacks, that it has spell resistance, it has spell-like abilities, one of which is shatter, and that it has two breath weapons, one a line that disintegrates creatures, and a cone of superheated ash that inflicts fire and sonic damage.[/sblock]

OOC: Gosh it's a terrible shame that Jurathor was teleported our instantly or I could raise dead on him... that'd swing things over towards the side of good across the board. :)

Saint George, Planetar of the Celestial Winds, surges across the field in a blur of wings, his greatsword raised for a mightly blow across the back of the digging dragon.

Full: Charge attack along the 60N line rising slightly in flight, ending at 50e60n5z, sucking up the AoO and getting right next to him.

Saint George cannot rise in flight for a charge with his maneuverability. Either he does not charge or he does not rise.

Another problem is that Saint George is large, so at 50N60E (or 50E60N, which is what you typed), Saint George would be sharing part of P. Diggy's space.

What form does the AoO take?

I will go ahead, assuming Saint George is at 60N45E and charging. It should not make a difference. Greybar, if you want something else, let us know.

Saint George gets through the wind (26 Fort save). P. Diggy bites Saint George on approach (rolled 46) for 20-10=10 points of damage. Saint George has 123 HP remaining.

Saint George retaliates by slicing P. Diggy in the franistan (natural 20, 32+2=34 to confirm crit) for 50 points of damage. P. Diggy gets teleported away before he has the chance to use the grave he dug for himself.

First in round 173 for Neutral Evil is a rot reaver necrothane (Monster Manual III).

OOC: thanks, the charge is the critical element indeed. See what I get for last minute "optimization" decisions. Thanks again to you guys for putting up with all my little mistakes here.

OOC: Any chance of a rot reaver entourage? Is St. George Large?

An ape-like creature in jet-black platemail stumbles into the arena. Jethro Tull looks like an armored ape, but twin tongues lash out from underneath the helm and latch on its arms or just swing wildly in the air. Each tongue drops a disgusting ichor. Jethro wields a cleaver in each hand as he hustles to 60n80e.
