OOC: So, I started to say more about this in the previous post but apparently changed my mind. Now that Otto has no swim speed (after taking on his landform), should it take him an MEA just to get out onto the land, or move normally or what?

He has to make a DC 10 swim check to stay afloat long enough to make an easy MEA climb check to get out of the water. Unless Sticky didn't, then we'll waive the MEA this one time only.

Otto will climb back out onto the stone, heft his trident in hand, and smile menacingly at Sticky.

(With either interpretation there isn't much reason to close enough to let the dragon full attack him, so he'll simply move inland to 85n0e if all he can do is climb out, or to 80n10e if he has another MEA)

Otto has another MEA because Sticky did not use one to climb out. Otto is at 80N10E.

Sticky realizes that visibility is too good in the immediate vicinity, so a cloud appears, centered at 95N40E.

Round 304: Otto takes 6 acid damage and has 200 hp.

Round 305: Sticky and Otto are surrounded by shadowy darkness.

Otto climbs out of the water.

Round 306: Sticky is surrounded by fog.

Otto walks forward until he can see Sticky or the wall of stone, and then makes his way to above the wall of stone (i.e. 85n40e) and then into the middle of the platform so he should have stabbing range that covers the VZ. If he runs into the stinking cloud again he'll backpedal until he isn't in it anymore.

(He'll essentially be aiming for 95n50e, but I wouldn't complain if there is the equivalent of a "thrown-weapon scatter check" to see where he actually ends up since he can't fully see his surroundings.)
