Resolving the Dispensables round and I noticed a few loose ends:
Is it ok if Drako, Torbin and Sesto ready their actions then at init 12 I open the doors?
I didn't get the full impression that you were for-sure going with this plan, but they obviously did:
Zander Readies action to throw the hand axe at any guards on the other side of the door
Drako moves to H7 and readies EB
... So I assume Lorenn opens the door. BUT, if that's the case, then I actually need Zander and Drako to
roll the readied actions. Let's establish this now: If you're going to ready an action, roll it. The worst thing that could happen is that I won't use it. On the other hand, if you don't roll it, and the trigger happens, I have to hunt you down to get you to roll it.
Though I had another thought. If there IS guards on the other side, they might not shoot if Lorenn opens the door a crack and Zander yells "don't shoot, it's me, Zander!" with a decent deception check. Probably wouldn't even have to be high. Like say, dc11. They could still shoot you, but they'd have to wait until their turns, rather than their readied actions (assuming that's what's going on back there.)
When they stand down, Lorenn can throw open the door and everyone can do their readied actions.
Terrus looks back to the open door, the uses his Psychic Hammer ability to slam the door. As long as everyone is inside...

Not sure if that'll work since it's supposed to be used on a creature, but only Pyrus has the Mage Hand equivalent.

I read up on Psychic Hammer and I don't think that's the intent of it. Besides, Mystic powers are so freaking versatile already, we don't need to go
adding versatility where it isn't there. Let's just say that Terrus readies his Psychic Hammer for a target through the door when Lorenn opens it. Of course, then I need a damage roll.
Gimme a little more gang, and I'll resolve the round ASAP!
