Yes! I read that the devs said if you roll a 20 on your Death Saving Throw, you get your turn!

Disengage and book it! No, attack, THEN Disengage as a Bonus Action! It should still be in effect!

Technically, it would be after being fireballed. His activation, not Pyrus's.

No. The guy next to him will be, and he was planning on dragging him out of the room "rescuing" him from death. It is damn hard to have a good reoccurring villain in D&D. I was thinking he'd be "the Beast" because he's a beast to kill.

But Bob could either hack him while he's down (making him fail two death saves) or take out the guy who would drag him from the room and get him to a healer (and then I'd have to decide what happens to him...)

Every time I think I'm going to kill one of you, you get away with it in the 11th hour.

Kurzon was very VERY nearly eaten by the Dracolich (it was rolled, but then something someone did, I can't remember what, caused something to change, and then the thing was dead.) Bob's been through something similar twice, and so has Terrus.
