DM, is it ok if Drako, Torbin and Sesto ready their actions then at init 12 I open the doors with my interaction. Can we take them by surprise?

Well, you can't take them by surprise if they're standing there with loaded crossbows pointed at the door, but you can have a John Woo shoot-off. They certainly can ready for when you open the door and fire at anything they see.
