D&D 5E (2014) (OOC) Vault of the Dracolich 5E (Full)

Looking at it, actually, I'm not quite sure why Bob didn't bash some evil and keep his rage. How did you see his round @gargoyleking? Because what I got is you made the climb DC, climbed what was it, 5 or 10 feet (10 or 20 feet of your movement). Grabbing your hammer again is a "free interact with object"; so he could have strode 20 to 30 feet and still had an action, right?

Shoulder: He had a fair bit of hit points left and flinched at the last second
Neck: He didn't have a lot of hit points and trusted the spell too much...

... and now I see it's neck. Udit is on a roll!
River Song : great play on those pincers

Climbing costs double movement. I assumed that he couldn't do more than get into combat. But at the same time the previous turn he took damage from the fire , which allows him to keep his rage.

Squirrels are evil!

In round 4 he killed the snake, took fire damage, and climbed half out of the pit. In round 6 he climbed the rest of the way out of the pit, took no damage, and didn't attack, so he should have lost the rage. Then again, he should have been able to attack, so let's just leave it how it is.

Prickly Pear: I'm a bit surprised you didn't decide to take the Toll the Dead cantrip. That d12 vs. injured foes + targeting Wis saves is pretty sweet.

Unearthed Arcane? Toll the Dead seems pretty good. Pity I didn't choose cantrips from that list. Also, cantrips are known, not prepared, so I'm stuck with the ones I have chosen. Nevermind.

Thanks for alerting me to those spells.

Just a quick note. If the Dispensables group is going to take a short rest (which I think we are), Devan will go ahead and cast healing word twice with his two 2nd-level warlock spell slots (for 2d4+3 hp each) since he'll get those slots back anyway after the short rest. The extra healing may help to conserve HD for later use if we end up having to short rest again at some point. Will cast it on Bobranthus and Sesto.

Also, cantrips are known, not prepared, so I'm stuck with the ones I have chosen.

While it may be true that cantrips are known, it's also true that we have a cool, laid back DM. He might let you swap something out for it anyway (like Mending), or maybe allow a cantrip exchange when you hit a new level. Unless, of course, you don't want Toll the Dead. I'm not trying to force it on you. I just figured you might enjoy having a second ranged damage option that targets a different save and hits a bit harder.
