D&D 5E (OOC) Vault of the Dracolich 5E (Full)

It's kind of a tight space, that "Pit of Teeth". I don't think the encounter designers and the mapmakers saw eye-to-eye on it. The text describes eleven Lizardfolk "swimming around among the teeth" as you fight them, using the rocks and water for cover.

...there is no room for any of that.

I probably should have doubled the scale of the location instead of halving thr number of lizardfolk (I made them tougher than normal lizardfolk to even it up) but I only just thought of that now...

Ugh - that kind of stuff infuriates me. I feel your pain!

I was meticulously working on the Dispensables fight with Silakul when I realised that all the bad guys were dead, so I rushed to the end of the round to save me some time. I hope you all don't mind. Sorry for dropping Drako's turn again!

All the bad guys dead? Woohoo! I heard that they were in trouble so... :)

Yeah, every time I think I'm going to kill someone, things JUST squeak out in the party's favour - just in time. I enjoy it, because I'm not a killer DM and I really like all the characters, so I don't want to see them die. (Though I kind of expected - and still expect - someone to bite it!)

I really expected Bob to be eaten by the Ankheg.

Squirrels are evil!
