I've noticed on my phone that some of my map links have broken (I think tglassy noticed too.) I think it has to do with the thing I was trying to stop it from posting maps twice. Who are we waiting for in Dispensables and Infiltrators?

Dispensables was waiting on Pyrus (done now), and I was curious if Terrus had any thoughts on his gitchy feeling, but if he's just rolling along in the back of the wagon, I will move on.

Kurzon is happy to raise the portcullis, he's not really a ranged character so as the rest "do their thing" he'll try and raise it.

I think that javelin hit Devan just took was a crit (for another 1d6 damage). Even a shield spell wouldn't have prevented it. Ouchness.

Nice. He should be able to do it. It takes an action per attempt (you can rush in and try your first attempt in the surprise round. It's pretty heavy, so dc15. Someone ought to grab the rope on the other side and tie it off (also an action, no check) while you hold it up, or it'll fall back down.

Oops! That's the second time I've rolled a crit, and the second time I've missed it. It's just not the same when you're not looking at a 20 on a die. I'll try to be more careful. Take [roll0] more damage! Ouch!

The Dispensables

The Troglodyte fight is harder than I expected so Sesto will not hold back on the spells. First I wanted Sesto to wait so that he had spells for later (and possibly tougher) fights but he has to worry about that later.
This round, Sesto will either (i) cast Bless (action) again or (ii) cast Spiritual weapon (bonus action) and Sacred Flame (action). What would you prefer?
His initiative is 5, just before the trogs, so everyone else will go before him and not have use of Bless in this round.
