I went through a couple month or so long period a while back where I was super hooked on sandwiches. I was buying nice bread every couple of days, I pickled some onions, and I went so far as to make my own oil dressing.

It sounds silly, but I feel like wrapping your sandwich up in some parchment paper and letting it sit a couple minutes before eating it makes a noticeable difference in taste.

It was pretty great. My apartment stunk like a sub shop for a while, and I didn't mind it.. But my girlfriend was less impressed.

Recipe, please? I have two mangoes here that.just.wont.ripe, so they are still too hard to give to my baby. This look delicious and it would allow me to serve them without waiting 15 weeks!
