Quick magical item question.

There's a cloak in the Magic of Faerun which does three properties: It's a cloak that functions as a +4 armor bonus, it can become a +1 quarterstaff, and it can make a disarm attempt to a foe. Costs around 22,000gp.

Here's a question.

If I just made it where it was a +4 armor bonus, or could become a +1 Quarterstaff, what would the cost be?

And would the bonus stack with Bracers of Armor?

Last question first: Would not stack with bracers, they are the same type of bonus.

+4 armor is 16,000; +1 weapon is 4,000 (2000 x2 since it's an added piece of magic): so I'd price it at 20,000 with out the disarm ability.

Any cost deduction for the fact that they can't be used at the same time?

Actually, because of that, I wouldn't double the price of either the weapon or the armor bonus. I'd just add them together and add 10% to 20% of the total cost.

Whwnadding unrealted powers together in a magic item, the lesser cost of the two is doubled.

Yep. Now, in the Cloak of Battle's case, I'd imagine that the disarming ability's cost *would* be doubled, in that it functions at the same time as the primary ability (which is the +4 armor bonus). But the quarterstaff wouldn't be, I'd think.
