And that's exactly the point. Clearly they are not actually intended for play (or, at least not ready for play), and so I'm not sure that we should even be bothered to vote against them. It would be like voting against the Witchalokk in a "worst class" vote.
its worth pointing out that it only effects enemy's in the aura so while a waste of space its not detrimental to the party.

Witchalok: I dunno. There's arguably more discussion about whether the wizard or invoker sucks than there is about the witchalok. Any class that can base itself on unadulterated narcissism surely must win points over yet another arcane or divine class. Just saying.

Is it just about time?

Bladeling
Bullywug
Drow
Revenant
Shadar-kai
Wilden

I'm surprised about the drow! Really. Wow, it's been a long time since 2e.

Shadar-kai: I think it's the emo factor.
Revenant: dunno, maybe my argument that they have chicken feet did it.
Bladeling: yeah, wierd.

Wilden: not out yet, and already gone. boo-urns.

I'll get the next one up after a quick exam. For now, anyone else have feelings as to why the other races got dropped?

Predictions for next round?

I think some people vote due to aversion to certain game mechanics. And some people vote because of appearance, or feel something is too cliche.

Bladeling - ugly, pointless (no pun intended)
Bullywug - these weren't even meant to be PC
Drow - Drizzt, cliche, darkvision, perceived evil, perceived overpowered
Revenant - some people just don't like undead as PC's, and feel strongly about this.
Shadar-kai - see Bladeling
Wilden - I guess plant-men sounded boring, or maybe too weird.

I actually don't mind Drow and Wilden. I think they are both interesting enough to add some color to a game, though I can understand they are not for every game. The rest I could do without. I can see how one might be drawn to Revenants as a concept, but it's not my cup of tea.

Predictions? The sky is falling and the end of the world is near.

That's an earth genasi.

And yeah, I'm curious how many core or expected races actually get hit. I mean, Bullywug is no surprise.
