[sblock=ooc]ren, could you post a larger version of the pictures you're using for Ikni and Haruka? I don't recognize them.[/sblock]

Haruka backs away from the unicorn, whispering once more as she does so. She pushes her way through vegetation until she catches sight of the horned fey once more. Upon seeing her target she unleashes another crimson eldritch coil.

[sblock=Actions]Minor: Curse the unicorn.
Move: Perform the following move: K13->J12->I12->H13->G14, gaining concealment from Shadow Walk.
Standard: Eldritch Blast against the Satyr. Hits(?) Reflex 14 for an amazing 10 damage. With Prime Shot that will be Reflex 15 if nobody moves close to to the Satyr before my turn. In other words, cov, would you mind delaying until after I go if you plan on attacking the Satyr?[/sblock]

Ikni stares in awe at the unicorn, so sleek and bright. She cannot bring herself to harm such a beautiful creature, but neither will she let it harm her friends if she can help it. She sketches a warding mark towards it, then hurries toward the satyr, slashing at him with a booming cry.

[sblock=actions]Sure, I'll delay until after Haruka.

Minor: mark unicorn with aegis of shielding
Move: to F15, taking an OA from the unicorn.
Standard: booming blade on Satyr, 19 vs. AC for 13 damage, and 6 thunder damage if that's a hit and he moves away during his turn.

“Give it up, Piggy, your futile boarish advances are getting boaring!”

Once more, the bard’s shockingly bad puns sink in like teeth.

From high above the high-pitched battle, Rock throws up the hand sign of the horns and suddenly disappears from view. Unbeknownst to everyone else, it glides down to bravely intercept itself between Haruka and the menacing unicorn.

[sblock=Actions]Standard: Vicious Mockery at boar. On a hit of Will 20 it deals 8 damage and gives -2 to attacks until end of Rhole’s next turn.
Minor: Deceptive Move (familiar ability) to turn Rock invisible until end of Rhole’s next turn.
Move: Rock flies to H15 and descends, hovering just above the ground.

Hopefully Rock’s position will hamper the unicorn a bit if it tries to attack Haruka, since it can’t end a move in an occupied square.

Cov, I think you forgot to make a save vs the unicorn’s Fey Beguiling.[/sblock]

Ironheart hacks again at the trapped boar, growing stronger as his roots entangle it further, this time the boar can't get up as you knock him out, but before it goes down it gores again causing a minor wound on the warden.

[sblock=OOC]
Order for bad guys will always be the same, unless I let you know otherwise.

Satyr plays Dazing Melody - iron, derien, haruka, ikni (1d20 11=27, 1d20 11=19, 1d20 11=21, 1d20 11=26) Everyone but Rhole is dazed TENT
Unicorn charges Ikni (moving up and around him, then charging from the north) - vs ac; dmg (1d20 11=21, 4d6 4=19) hits for 19

Status:
Unicorn: -5 hp, used fey beguiling, fey step, horn touch, cursed
Boar: -44hp, cursed, bloodied, marked by Ironheart (TENT) - defeated
Satyr: -48 hp, cursed, bloodied
Ironheart - bloodied
Ikni - bloodied

Init:

Ironheart - 14 - 16/35

Unicorn - 13
Boar - 13
Derien - 13 - 24/26 <- you're up
Ikni - 9 - 12/31 - bloodied
Haruka - 6
Rhole - 4

[sblock=ooc]It doesn't look like there were any token pictures in that post, ren. Well, except the ones on the map.

Hey guys, let's kill non-lethal the satyr. After all, he's the one we need to impress, and with any luck we could take him down quickly if we all ganged up on him.[/sblock]

[sblock=Target acquired]Agreed.

Rhole has a Ref-aimed encounter power that can make everyone crit for a round on an 18-20, but I was holding on to it in hopes of a CombatAdvantastic situation - I get the impression both the satyr and unicorn have very wicked defenses. Anyone got ideas for improving the odds on landing it?

Its also worth noting that the unicorn is using don't-hurt-me powers, so we might as well focus on Goatman.[/sblock]
