[Scotley]

It is late afternoon perhaps an hour until dark. Soon camp is made and you settle in for the night. The swamp is strangely quiet hear and no sounds or creatures disturb your sleep. However, all of you are troubled by dark dreams of evil deeds that you can only vaguely remember when you awaken. After a hearty breakfast you are ready to explore the tomb. Tsal'Eie and Sine'Gile wish you well and promise to stay and maintain the base camp.

OOC: Any spell casting or other preparations? Marching order? You've got everburning torches. Who will carry them?

Holding your torches aloft you peer into the tunnel. The roughly worked plain stone corridor is perhaps 20' wide and filled with cobwebs. A set of double oaken doors are just visible at the end of the passageway some 30' down. The roof 20' overhead is obscured by hanging strands.

Logan will affix an everburning torch to the top of his shield.

"Pelor preserve us! Help us to us shine Your Light on the darkness of this evil and purify both it and ourselves."

harrison looks to the part's guides and says, "Tsal'Eie and Sine'Gile, be diligent to your own lives. There were those who attacked us at the Inn to gain the treasures within. they may try to find this camp and attack you. they were archers and a spell caster, so Ambush is their nature."

He then will enter with the party, noticing who prefers the front and will look to see who is behind. The everburning torch is held in his left hand and his shield is slung on his back.

"I will go near the front, since I am bearing the light, but I do not wish to be at the very leading edge of the party, please.

ooc: Where is our rogue?

OOC: That is my concern as well. We could proceed without just about any other core class, but going into the tomb without a rogue simply won't work. I'm open to suggestions.

OOC: We don't have a rogue??? And you knew this, Scotley?? Ok, as I see it, we have two choices: 1) Scotley gets off his posterior and recruits us a rogue and we willingly suspend our disbelief and assume that he has been with us all along. Or, 2) We go down the line, each taking our turn as "party guinea pig" to open doors, chests, etc. I volunteer to go last, and I'll give renau1g the honor of going first.
