Star Wars III title: Birth of the Empire

I still don't buy The Picture, though. In case the site is swamped again, it depicts the scene at the end of Return of the Jedi, where Yoda, Ben and the now-redeemed Vader are standing as energy forms; reportedly one of the 'redo's is to put a young Hayden Vader there instead of the much older man we see in the original print.

'Birth of the Empire' I can live with, I guess.

Yeah, I don't think it's a bad title either. Heck, I didn't even mind the titles of The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones because those titles sound like the titles of old sci-fi serials from the 30s and 40s, which were some of Lucas' biggest influences

Yeah, that's the way I felt about it too. Are the titles campy? Yes, but they are supposed to be campy.

Yeah, the originals' titles were just as campy as these have been.

Surfing on lava really does worry me though.

Actually, I don't mind the title, but... a lightsaber duel while surfing on lava? :uhoh::\

I don't know what the lava problem is - as Whisperfoot mentions, we've known for many years that the battle between Anakin and Kenobi takes place over lava. (And standing on floating platforms hardly seems out of place for Star Wars.)

Where have you guys been?

I didn't mind "Attack of the Clones". It sounded appropriately pulpy.

"Birth of the Empire", though. I'm hoping they change it like they did with "Revenge of the Jedi".
