Yup! I requested these a couple of years back after going down the rabbit hole of defunct "living" campaigns and he very promptly sent them along. Had the opportunity to play in his flumph heist game (you heard me) at Gamehole Con last year and had a grand time. A long-haul creator with an even-keeled approach to the industry--seems like a good pick for WotC's consultation.

No. It is still problematic. The question is how many resources can you put in to actually handle the problems.
