Thirst for power (Finished) (Knight Otu judging)

Beamer keeps up his cover for the moment. He examines the fortress trying to determine the best places to sneak in during the night. He also discreetly frees his familiar, Louie, and mentally directs him to sneak over into the door that is ajar. If this can't be done discreetly then he won't attempt it.

Edit: Since Draig is moving over, Beamer will instead just look around for places to sneak in while continuing to pretend to be the inquisitive merchant.

OOC: How many other people are around? Are they mostly guards or mostly common folk?

ooc 1: You get your level in hit points thanks to the night of rest.

ooc 2: The yard is actually empty of people, except the guy with the donkey, that left some time ago. You can only make out the shapes of a few sentines on the walls and towers, and the guards on the gates. Most of the guards must be working outside; the night shift must be surely sleeping.

As Draig moves to the door, he´s sure a couple of men are talking inside the tower. Unfortunately he´s not able to undrstand what they´re saying beyond the last words: "...So don´t go far" and the answer "No worries, I´ll be back in an hour." The dwarf has reached the door when it starts opening [the door opens to the outside]

Draig steps back as the door opens to let the man past, taking the opportunity to take a look inside the building

ooc: Sorry for the delay, I've been away for the weekend.

Draig peers through the door; a man and a half orc block it, but the dwarf can see what´s beyond it. if he hoped for something out of the ordinary, he´s dissapointed: just a normal, small room with doors and the start of a spiral staircase. The half orc and the human, however, aren´t happy of seeing Draig prying around; the half orc, particulary, it´s quite angry. "Where the hell do you think you´re going, shorty?" growls, as he grabs your arm*

ooc: *Or not, if you resist him.

EDIT: oh, and Beamer starts walking towards the exit, too.

Draig pulls back from the half-orc, not wanting to be man-handled, fighting the urge to lash out at him.

"I'm told I need to see the captain," he insists, a hint of anger evident in his voice, "I understand his office is through here so I can wait for him?"

"Who´s the moron that told you that?" says the half orc "He´s not seeing civilians today, and you´re not allowed here. So, air!" he finishes, dismissing you. The human one eyes you warily.

ooc: What´s Banion doing meanwhile?

Banion is still trying to be inconspicuos, though he doesn't want to actually hide. If he can, he'll try to stand somewhere with line of sight to Draig. He's hoping Draig will manage to keep the situation peacefull, and he doesn't want to make himself memorable if he can avoid it.

ooc: Is Draig's weapon in Banion's Haversack at the moment?
