ooc: Nah its all good. I'll let you finish.

Azaroth sees that Beamer is busy as he turns to ask.

Azaroth walks inside and grabs himself some water and heads back

Draig breathes in the sea air, enjoyign the refreshing breeze and glad to be out travelling.

He casts his eye over Beldard when he approaches, "The name's Draig. I guess we might be travelling together a fair way if you're heading south. You need someone to keep you out of harms way, old man?"

ooc: Deducted 6gp and added a wand of cure light wounds to Draig's character sheet

Beamer extends his hand to shake, "Hello Beldard. My name is Bartholemew, though you can call me Bart."

"Your name rings a bell." says Beldard.

"Where are you traveling to? It must be important as you do not seem to be enjoying the voyage."

"To be sincere I have the rare ability of becoming nauseated even when walking, if the road has the adequate roughness. My physical shape is the shame of my monastic order, so I deduced that the gods didn´t want me to dedicate my life to self perfection through calisthenics, but intelectual enlightenment. I seek the knowledge of the monastery of Lool. That´s slightly east of Drolai, and they have a rare collection of books I need to usufruct."

You never heard of that monastery, but it isn´t likely the man managed to invent a lie and peruse his mental thesaurus at the same time.

"Can I get you anything? A drink of water perhaps?" Beamer makes sure to say his piece loudly enough that the others can hear so that no one walks up calling him Beamer. He has little reason not to trust this man, but better to be safe than sorry.

"That´s very nice of you" says Beldard. "But I have a tonic here I can share with you. It calms the nerves in my stomach and alows me to concentrate. Would you...?" The monk get a small bottle from his robe and offers it to you.

Meanwhile Azaroth walks next to the couple, but after a pause he keeps silent.

ooc: Someone originally Hastur was going to be my familiar however I didn't have the cash to do it. Now that I do, I plan to give Hastur his power back, (As of the moment he is just my pet weasel). Do you have any objections to me doing this? Just a note I have what's needed to do it

ooc: No problem with that, you´ve had plenty of time for the ritual.

He´s not that old, maybe in his early thirties. But at first sight he sure seems older.

"I trust the gods and my lack of material wealth for that, mr Draig. Are you all traveling together? I´m not going that far, but I know the far south holds untold wonders."

"Ah, no thankyou," says Beamer turning down the offer of tonic. "We smaller folk are used to be tossed about I guess, which I suppose if fortunate in this case. My name rings a bell? I don't think we've met before, but I suppose there must be man Bartholemews about. It's nice to meet a man of who values the intellect. There's more to a person that the size of his biscepts. I afraid I haven't heard of that monastery. What kind of books are you seeking? Orussus has a very nice library, I've been there, though I'm sure you already checked it out for youself."

ooc: Distribution of Potions and wands -- In addition to accounting for the 6 gp passage fee, we also need to get the healing items onto our character sheets. Draig will obviously get the wand, at 50 charges. The five potions need to be distributed among the other three adventurers. Beamer is the least melee oriented, so I suggest one to Beamer, two each to Banion and Azaroth. (Also, Banion is good at tumbling and Azaroth has a higher movement rate, making them the two most likley to be able to get a potion into Draig if it becomes necessary.) Is that OK?
