Ultimate healer

Looking to become a really scary healer for a new campaign. Right now, the plan is to go Cloistered Cleric --> Radiant Servant of Pelor.

With flaws, I would have Reach Spell, Divine Metamagic (Reach Spell), Twin Spell, Divine Metamagic (Twin Spell), Extra Turning by third level.

The overall plan is to take Domain Spontaneity (Healing Domain) at sixth level, when I go into Radiant Servant, then convert my heals into twinned, empowered domain spells, per the Radiant Servant abilities to empower domain heals for free.

At 10th level Radiant Servant, of course, the goal would be twinned, empowered, maximized heals, with no level bump-up.

That ought to heal folks up a bit.

Can folks see any problems with the build, or suggest ways to make it better?

Augment Healing
There is a feat in one of the FR book - Magic of the Land?
Need to make a Know(Nature) check and if so the spell heals some HPs as well

There is also a feat in Races of the Wild that does that.

For a healer-type, I like playing Favoured Soul/Combat Medic/Divine Disciple/Radiant Servant. Have one that only has about 4 attack spells by level 20. He does have just about all the remove status effect spells and healing spells in the game (including spell compendium), though.

I would look at Combat Medic as where to go after you get maximized healing. As Maximized is much better then Empowered.

The Combat Medic abilities are very nice for a healer. Especially level 5 Spontaneous Heal Sack a spell slot 6 or higher for a Heal spell. Evasion and Mobility are nice too.

Have you checked out the healer class from the Mini's Handbook?

There is also the healing Divine Mind psionic class in Complete pison. I think it can get a healing aura.

I looked at the combat medic and wasn't really impressed; spontaneous heal you can pick up by using the cleric alternate class feature from PHB2 and choosing Healing as your domain for spontaneously casting.

Empowered is much, much better than maximised. You can get some pretty sick bonuses on your dice rolls, to the point that adding half again to the total is consistantly better than achieving a maximum roll; particularly on spells with low dice rolls such as cure light wounds, mass.

A twinked out healer would be something like:

Human
5th Cloistered Cleric of Pelor
Heal, Sun domains
Spontaneous Domain casting variant from PHB2 (Heal domain)

At 6th take Radiant Servant of Pelor.
At 8th take a single level of bard for the Healing Hymn alternate class feature from Complete Champion, go back to Radiant Servant after this.
Just before the 6th level of Radiant Servant you'll have to decide if you want to suffer a few levels without automatic empowering to eventually get automatic empowered and maximised healing, or if you just want to go back to cleric, or pick up another PrC.

For skills you'll want to max out Knowledge (Nature) and Perform (when you get it, if you can't spare points for a cross class skill).

Feats can be something like.. 1st, Augment Healing, Extra Turning, 3rd Able Learner, 6th Magic of the Land, 9th Extra Music

At 10th level, Mass Cure Light Wounds will look like this:

( 1d8 + 10 (Caster Level) + 10 (Augment Healing) + 10 (Magic of the Land) + 10-13 (Perform ranks) ) x 1.5 = 69ish points of healing or 54 if not in natural surroundings. Not bad for a 5th level spell slot !

At 12th level you might want to pick up the feat that lets you cast spells while maintaining a bard song.

By 20th level, mass cure light wounds should be doing over 100 points per cast.
