So true. You can't post anything about SW without the same tired comments being spewed ad nausium. Post a thread about what Anakin looked like in his black outfit and you will have half the posts about how Lucas ed up something totally unrelated or how LotR is so much better, etc.

EP1 was an enjoyable movie, as was EP2. As good as the others? No, but I had fun watching them. When people try to say it's emperically a bad movie I shake my head sadly.

At least they're able to hit something..... rather than their "offspring" the stormtroopers who shoot worse than Worf ever did! And that's saying a freakin' lot!

I wish we could have some Star Wars threads without people with negative thoughts about Episodes I-II feeling compelled to spew them again.

Just as soon as Lucas commits ritual suicide to atone for the muppets of episode 1 and the robbing us of Anakin's massacre of the Tuscans. When that is done all will be forgiven

The bloody death of Jar-jar in episode 3 and release of the original unchanged theatrical releases on DVD might be enough to soothe some anger should Lucas be too squeamish for Seppuku.

Whoa! I like the "Anakin starting to look like Darth Vader" pic. It definitely pushes him down that path, but I can't say exactly how.

Well, he's in about the same spot where we first see Vader in the original Star Wars. Plus he's got that black outfit and cape.

These pics rawk. Man, I think this movie is gonna be great.
