Gah i hate those flumph splatbooks. Warflumph was d10 two hander, long flumph was reach 1d4 with finesse, and composite flumph uses longbow +2 stats with special effect of adding flumph shock to the arrows.

The complete flumph also contained different paths for characters, flumphomancer, flumph rider and flumph acolyte to name a few

Hey, don't dis my mystic flumphurge! He was awesome, getting +1 caster level and +1 manifester level each level. And the mind flayers couldn't touch me while I was wearing my flumph hat.

For the sake of completeness, let us not forget the famed githyanki silver swords. So great, those things.

Not so much in 5th since the sword only seems to work for the gith who willed it into being.

...except for the "hunt down and kill any non-Githyanki who wields one" bit. That's not so great.

That was sort of my point. It seems like a massive waste of time for the Gith to send out teams after people who have already proven themselves dangerous to recover a sword that is no use to them and that they must have gigantic piles of (given that they are willed into existence by anyone who is high enough level to be allowed to use them, and those people go and get devoured by their queen in short order).
