Also. . . brand loyalty for its own sake, or any of its close cousins, actually tends to irritate me, and it's certainly not something I would like to succumb to.
So, IOW, I don't much care what I end up running. Or playing. As long as it's fun, for all involved. And why should it be predetermined anyway.
It's
highly likely, as things stand currently, that I'll be running some M&M, and maybe some True20, and very likely indeed something a little more 'rules-light' for the occasional thing here and there. But who knows? I don't, not 100% for sure.
Except I do know for absolute certain that I won't be purchasing anything from WotC ever again, let alone 4th edition D&D. So I guess that means it's pretty much a given that I won't be running that. And I'd much prefer never to have to play it either. It seems I won't (no-one I know or know of IRL is buying it either) so, good.
