Things from my setting

Moreover I find it ironic that you are complaining about catch all powers when, isn't that exactly what you just gave this thing? An unstoppable power that instantly negates all enemies Cosmic strings and all forms of revivification with absolutely no way to counter it?
Yes. Because I want for THAT specific monster, for ITS specific fight, people calculate well what and how to do. I didn't give it as an ability that can be select any Sidereals or Eternals. Besides, I only remove the automatic revives. A First One can safely resurrect a slain creature. A strategy to overcome is precisely to leave one of the First One party outside the Dead Magic area and ready to use Alter Reality to resurrect a dead ally.

Well you need to specify that in it's entry then. The way it sounds is that no form of rejuvenation works.

Quite a heated debate you got here, But i think you are making a better deal of this than it actually is because of 1 ability. I understand you want to make everything beatable but this actually isnt as big of a deal as you think it is.
"Herald of the End (Ex)
The Nowhere King was brought into existence by the creation of the universe, but was the living embodiment of the void, the perfect nothing that existed before it was born. The emptiness that it originally reflected had itself been erased at the start of time, and it longed to return to the ancient calm of nonexistence. The Nowhere King gains Uncanny Annihilating Mastery (x2 HD) as a bonus ability. Creature killed by the Nowhere King are destroyed in body (the remains are annihilated), mind and soul and cannot return to life or be resurrected by any means by a creature with lesser grade of a First One. This ignore rejuvenation and all abilities that automatically return to life or restore a creature (like the gaseous form of a vampire, the phylactery of a lich or the necessity to be killed in the Home plane for Immortals). The Nowhere King can select Transcendental abilities as normal abilities. This ability cannot be abrogated."

K so first this ability basically just gives it the uncanny annihilating's effect x2HD which you might think is a Huge deal but NOWHERE in this does it say the Annihilating effect is changed. So, its still a deals D6 dmg, which considering an average first one party has hp in the D100s, this isnt a big deal. And the annihilating's permanent dmg can be healed by Wish which as first one they can do for FREE EVERY ROUND.
And if you read the text, the kill any thing permanently thing CAN be overcome by first ones, which the Party is. SO if one of them dies they can Resurrect him AS NORMAL since they are First Ones. Sure it may take a Epic Life seed but thats nothing at this level.
Lastly the select transcendental ability is useless because those abilities can be abrogated as normal and it would be a waste of an action to switch mid combat.
So no, its not that broken.

I have always used as a meaning rejuvenation = passive ability of the creature that activates automatically at the moment of death to bring the creature itself back to life (like lich) while resurrection = ability that must be done by an extra creature to bring back a second creature. A contingency resurrection also works if launched by a First One if it finds a way to work in a Dead Magic Zone (like if the First One has double Magic Portfolio).

Yeah i think its because a previous member apepsnake had too many op and 'unbeatable' designs that anytime beef sees a ability that gives lesser abilities and especially the term 'CANNOT be abrogated' he gets flash backs. Not that i blame him since most of his designs (Beef's) tend to be not very outlandish and more definitely beatable by a comparable party

OK summing up the whole discussion:
1) Apepsnake has traumatized Beefer who now every time he sees "It Cannot Be Abrogated" has a reaction like Denzel Crocker of Fairly Oddparents. PS. This is the most important consideration of course.
2) We have confirmed that a First One party that does not behave like my players (i.e. charge head down and improvise on the spot after the bear trap placed in the middle of the path IN PLAIN SIGHT has closed in their face) and relying on that 100 to mental characteristics can face it and even defeat it if they make a good plan and strategy. Never fall into arrogance especially at high levels. Who knows if that little pixie isn't actually a dangerous anomaly that can consume dimensionis?
3) For the opening scene described you can get a glimpse here: this scene inspired me with its terrifying aspect

Lol. You're not wrong. All joking aside, it's mainly that as someone who's been running IH campaigns for 12 years consistently and has had multiple campaigns pass the thousand hit dice mark, I just want quality content and creatures that are actually reasonable marks to hit for a party who might encounter it.

Like the IH Bestiary is filled with beings that are frankly far too weak to be reasonable threats at a certain point, even the Neutronium Golem is pretty easy to beat as it's so straight forward, and I just feel obligated to bring up issues parties or DMs might run across when using user submitted content, as, largely, this is what we have to work with, so if the tools my players are given aren't able to handle a job regardless of how they've specced, I have to call it out, negate it, or modify it for gameplay.

This monster can be dealt with but with difficulty. If you are a First One you can face it but you have to do a REALLY good preparation and strategy to be able to stop it since it is a span above you (I considered it in my setting as the manifestation of the Time Lord's fear, nightmares and paranoia when he has sundered himself to become a Demiurge) and also may seek alliances around the universe to fight him instead of sending soldiers or just yourself as you usually would for another opponent in a normal situation. The Nowhere King is very much on the edge between being a Sidereal and an Anomaly.

Glad you liked it. Basically it is an undead because although they have been mentioned over and over again on this forum no one has put on paper, even remotely, what an umbral is. Is an advanced Unelemental? An outsider? An undead? Totally another thing?
Umbrals are these creatures from the lowest dimension (entropy). They haven't been given stats yet, but are mentioned in the Epic bestiary, and in this thread How do you kill an Umbral? Upper Krust explains what they are like.
