Okay, so when I wrote my post, I failed to realize that Phar actually spotted the creature. I've edited in the change.
He just barely sees it, but he doesn't see all of it. It is partially obscured by not only the swirling fog, but also the high crags roughly 100 feet southeast of his position on the map. It was standing farther back from the crags, so Phar isn't sure how big it is... either the crags are smaller than they appear in the mists or the creature is quite large.
The creature has both concealment and cover from Phar's position.

The creature appears to be massive with a large reptilian head and wide mouth, which looked to be filled with razor sharp teeth. It looked like it was standing on its hind legs, but you aren't completely sure. You think you saw horns on its heads or perhaps some sort of boney ridge along its forehead. The mists around the creature seemed to shift as if being buffeted by numerous long limbs, or perhaps two wings.
