That is not the "5e Style" though. That is one artist's depiction. One that happen to find better looking than most of the 1e, 3e, and 4e art you posted. The only one that comes close to me is WAR one with Iggy. As Tasha's shows, the next artist could depict 5e differently. It is not a 5e thing, it is an artist thing. It is not like all 3e art was the same either.

This looks like the work of Jeremy Jarvis, yes? One of the most underrated fantasy artists, IMO.
If you don't want to engage with somebody, you can just... not engage. "You are entitled to your own opinion" comes off as passive-aggressive, and pretty annoying. People don't need your permission to have opinions.
