D&D (2024) Complete Champion : Fighter Tier List

Something worth considering for EK - your DM plays a heavy role in determining how good this class can be by determining how many and what type of homebrew spells are available, and how much the DM wants to include spells that are designed for a gish in the game.

Also, you should be considering non-attack cantrips for that attack replacement. Blade Ward, Mage Hand, Light, and Minor Image are all worth replacing an attack to cast, especially once you hit 11th level.

I think the subclass is still S in the games in which I play - but more importantly, I think it is the most fun subclass. My next fighter will likely be one.

This it's very DM and system mastery dependent.

Seeing another champion on action. They're maybe a bit more reliant on magic items tgan the other fighters. Vs 2014 version much better.

I would play one.
This is fair. It can be hard to pass up on subclasses that have access to extra dmg dice, even if it is in a limited quantity. Sometimes magic items can fill that void.
