does it really matter that electric isnt covered? Surely if you arnt charging and have no material that isnt covered in the SRD. Then its fine. Im failing to see the problem...

ok its restricted, the creature has to be your quarry. You only do 2[w]+modifier damage. Its a 3rd level encounter. At 1st level I can do 2[w]+modifier damage and shift 1+wis squares. A better effect... The other powers of the level allow either, two attacks or a descent effect.

wisdom is a good stat for Wiz, as thunder wave can push 3 squares at 11th. And I only increasing wis to the 16 mark. there are also meant to be other wisdom reliant abilities for extra effects.
