I am pretty fine with the Weapon Mastery system (with tweaks, of course), taking into consideration that there are also fighting style feats and battlemaster maneuvers that give other weapon attack options, so warriors can opt into even more complexity if they want. The Design team needs to compare the Mastery abilities to other control-style feats and maneuvers to make sure they stack (or don't stack in some cases) properly.

I found the swaping mastery too restrictive, both in when you used, the level it's gained and the restrictions the mastery has
A step in the right direction but it needs a bit more freedom.
It would be very cool to be able to make the swap at the beginning of your turn X times per day, so you can actually adapt to the situation and be versatile about the mastery you use

I would make: level 5 you can swap at long rest, level 7 you can swap at the beginning of your turn, level 11 can swap betwwen attacks, level 13 can use two masteries at once or unlocks more pwerfull ones that daze or blind
