Well, the idea of only one Boomer being left just got shot down...

Oh, and am I crazy, or was that music at the end of the montage thingy disturbingly close to the old BSG music?

Oh man, ya got me curious, cause my VCR miss the taping (set on wrong speed to tape) WHat happened with Boomer????

WAIT..there's MORE!!???

We now know that there is no cross contact among cylons while they are alive, because they were surprised that Boomer was going to have a baby. If they had constant uplinking or whatever, they would have known that she was pregnant way back on Caprica. At the very least they would know that she's still alive, which they didn't know either. So, I'm thinking there is no Boomer-net. It's possible she cut herself off of it, but I see no reason to think there is any kind of constant uplink, as it has pretty much been described in the show as an on death "immortality" contingency.

The Gaius thing just got more confusing. If he's in contact with a cylon somewhere else communicating with him, they would know about the baby, so that's out. That still leaves the possibility that he's been implanted with a chip that houses the personality of Six, however. There's still a problem, though. Lucy Lawless's character (forgot her name) didn't seem to think anything of him at all. I really don't think she knows anything about his little "problem." That means, at the very least, that every cylon isn't in on whatever he's doing.

I still think Sol's wife is a cylon.

This was a fairly uplifting show with a positive outlook and ending. Even with the drug use, and even with the attempt on Tigh's life, the show was about their success despite all the bad things that go around. That's a nice change of pace. I betcha its setting us up for something horrible on the season finale, though. ;)

There's at least one more Boomer, hanging out with Six and the others in some secret hidden cylon base/theater. And she's more cylonie! Eeeeevil Boomer.

That WAS the old BSG music! I'm sure of it!

My wife and I were watching the show and as the finishing segment of the faux documentary was being shown my wife was getting all choked up and weepy (full disclosure, I was almost there too), and then I heard the first subtle notes and I jumped up, pointing at the TV, I bounced up and down shouting "Do you hear that! It's the old show's music!"

Needless to say I got the look from my wife as I has just startled her and ruined her mood. She of course had never seen the old show... *shrug* I had a smile across my face for minutes afterwards. :heh:

I haven't seen the episode yet, but I recall the old Battlestar opening music is used in the flyby during Galactica's decomissioning ceremony in the mini-series. I assumed it was the Colonial national anthem or somethng like that.

Yes, it was the old show music at the end. My wife and I thought it was appropriate that that portion of BSG was brought to you by Cheez-It. ;)

Was not expecting the Lucy Lawless as cylon twist. Is that humanform #6?

So, if the cylons don't have contact with living copies, is it now a bad thing to kill a cylon infiltrator and give the rest access to the information they are carrying in the brians?

Yes, in the pilot movie, the old BSG theme was played and it was stated that it was the anthem for Caprica. Given that Caprica was essentially the seat of government for the colonies, I'm guessing it's also the adopted anthem for all the colonies.

Now I just want to hear one of the Cylons say, "By your command," and i'll be happy. ;)

I'm gonna have to go back and download all the previous episodes for this season. Been without cable for a couple months, so I missed out. Lots and lots of nice plot twists here.
