I wonder if Pine can sing?I'm prepared to re-evaluate my position if Chris Pine narrates either set of credits in song.
Made me look.I wonder if Pine can sing?
I mean a bard who doesn't sing would be odder than a bard who doesn't cast spells!
Hyperbole. The Forgotten Realms is chock full of greatest evils, but characters within the setting don't know about them all.The ‘greatest evil the world has ever known’ line still bugs me a bit. Not only is it oddly delivered, but this is frigging Faerun! They see greater evils than this every Wednesday before breakfast…
Szazz Tam is top ten, at least. The ‘greatest evil the world has ever known’ line still bugs me a bit. Not only is it oddly delivered, but this is frigging Faerun! They see greater evils than this every Wednesday before breakfast…
On the whole, the greatest evil is whatever the current one is. The ones in the past have already been stopped from destroying the world, and the ones in the future are irrelevant if the current one destroys the world.Szazz Tam is top ten, at least.
Yup, the trailers shoe Szazz Tam himself: apparently the main plot is thst the Red Wizards got a Bad News MacGuffin, the characters are working to stop them. Also, I gather the villain is, ultimately, Thay? Thay makes a really solid case for greatest perennial evil on Faerun. There have been more acute threats throughout history, and certainly bigger, more existential or metaphysical threats, but Thay is just kind of always there, chugging away in the background, still handcrafting traditional hickory smoked evil the way your grandpa liked it.
If this movie doesn't start with the heroesinburning down a tavern, I will be disappointed.
He's a bard and a thief. It's hyperbole. The ‘greatest evil the world has ever known’ line still bugs me a bit. Not only is it oddly delivered, but this is frigging Faerun! They see greater evils than this every Wednesday before breakfast…
A first-session TIFU TPK.Fixed that for ya...![]()
I haven’t seen it done with a wild magic sorcerer, but i did have a session 1 tpk in 3rd edition when every single party member failed Climb checks and fell to their deaths on the way to the first dungeon.Ya know, I didn't even laugh at that... My first thought was to think back and try to remember if it had ever happened in one of the games I've been in/run.![]()
Cuz I can totally see that happening, lol.
Pregame wouldn't be the seven mil, probably only 4 or so. Also they'd probably only have about 40 million viewers. Was that it? Just in pregame? Is that a 7 mil spend?
Go team Fluff!I just watch it for the Puppybowl!
