D&D Movie/TV Honor Among Thieves coming to Netflix USA

Rewatched on Netflix last night (gotta do my part to get the FR series green-lit) and got reminded again what a great movie this is. I have a sense that new audiences will keep rediscovering this movie for the next 20 years or so.

Pretty much a poster child for Cult Classic or Sleeper Hit now.

Too bad it didn't break out more fully, but as a dan of D&D I'll take a beloved Cult Classic over junk.

FlixPatrol is saying #2 on Netflix USA on its first full day.

I know I may be the minority, but I really enjoyed this movie, (compared to the other D&D movies) it really felt like D&D to me, my group of players and I went to see it and we all really liked it; bummer that another one won't be coming but happy if the tv show gets off the ground.

Definitely not in the minority - it didn't make a ton of money, but its critical reception and audience reaction scores were all extremely strong.

Saw it pop up on Netflix last night and watched it yet again, more as background entertainment…I’ve seen this thing about five times now but I love it.

I’m just waiting for stupid Stranger Things to drop and then we’re cutting Netflix too.

I rewatched it now that it is on Netflix and enjoyed it more this time. It might have helped that I watched at 1.25 or 1.5x speed. Moved a little quicker that way!

I'd estimate it moved between 25% and 50% faster.

I’m sure I’ll watch it on the plane flight (delta) tomorrow and Friday…that or Deadpool and Wolverine are my go to movies to waste time.
