D&D Movie/TV Honor Among Thieves coming to Netflix USA

So... some fun information:

D&D Honor Among Thieves went up 387 places on Just Watch's streaming ranking list (indicating a lot more views) to 507.

Today it's at 294, which means it moved up 213 spots in the last 24 hours.

That's not nothin'! I could see it popping into the top 100 by the 1st of March if they get good numbers on Netflix.

I know I may be the minority, but I really enjoyed this movie, (compared to the other D&D movies) it really felt like D&D to me, my group of players and I went to see it and we all really liked it; bummer that another one won't be coming but happy if the tv show gets off the ground.

I don't think you're a minority for liking it. It's very popular.

Not enough people were eilling to pay for it at the box office was the main problem.

I think it is mostly a victim of the post pandemic movie consumption model. LOTS of people are happy to wait until things hit streaming for any or all of the 1794 reasons watching a movie in your house is better than going to the theater.

Other than Romulus, I haven't seen a movie in a theater for more than a year for precisely this reason.

Not in the minority for people who saw the movie, the critical reviews and popular ratings were quite good. The issue ia thar, unfortunately for the money people it has turned out to be a cult classic that didn't find a mass audience in theatres.
