Do Craft (weaponsmithing) and Craft (armorsmithing) require separate sets of tools?
No. All the Crafts except Alchemy use Artisans Tools. If you buy the general set, you have no bonus on your Craft skill. If you make do without a set, you have a -2 penalty on the Craft check. If you buy a masterwork set, you have a +2 circumstance bonus on checks.

However, having made that comment about Craft (Alchemy), I see that it says here that "these special tools include the items needed to pursue any craft." Still, I find it hard to believe that having a hammer and a set of chisels helps in making a lotion for relieving sunburn! ;)

Does anyone have anything going on in the city of Brimbor, which appears to be part of the Medibarian empire? More to the point, do I mess up anybody's game much if I burn it to the ground? *Tries to look inocent.*
I don't care if that town is destroyed, but if you are running a Medibarian-based adventure, I urge you to try not to contradict the cultural, historical, etc details that I added to that nation in ATfL. Also, though it was before, technically Medibaria is no longer an Empire, since the Empire collapsed, much like Rome in modern day is still a place but not an Empire.

Here's a new version. As you can see, I expanded the Great Sea, added two continents, and some southern seas. (Are the seas in a good spot, Patlin?) I also clarified the region around Orussus to be identical to our existing maps, and I detailed the River Lands some.

Technically, the Positive Tower is another continent as well. This is a radical change from the old world map, but I think it makes sense, and the area around Orussus remains untouched. Having the +Tower accessible by ship makes it more feasible to "make the northern journey" to get a character resurrected.

In the end, this will only be an "artist's best guess" of what Enworld looks like, so it will be fine if people create new islands, or even continents, in the future. But at least this will give a DM the general idea of "Oh, you can't get to Sairundan by sea." I tried a filter on top of the whole image to give it a painterly look, maybe if it's not so precise it'll seem more alterable to everyone. =P

I may end up mapping a smaller, more useful area, like a 4000 mile radius around Orussus.

Ducane's adventure just ended, and I'd just like to make sure if making something up and adding it to Ducane's background/history would qualify for the "Must have had some instruction by another war mind." -requirement of the War Mind prestige class?

It would work for me.

I got a question related to the MEGA adventure. Many people will have a chance to have more than one character in that MEGA adventure made by RA, as there will be many adventure in it. That might mean there might be some player with two characters ready to go to the RDI.

Will we keep the rule that only one character can be in teh Inn at one time or that rule will be overlooked in that case?

Ignoring the RDI, the Mega Adventure is going to have a special introductory section with no XP beyond time XP assigned that ignores the rule of 1 PC per player, though there's still no trading between your own characters or the Judges will find you wherever you live and smack you ;)
