Do You Have A Campaign Website? Do You Use It?

I post session summaries for all campaigns I run. I also give 100XP for players who write a session report. The reward is practically inconsequencial, but surprisingly enough, the last three session reports in one campaign have been written by players.
We don't use full wiki powers: Practically nobody has created a page for his character or his background, and I'm not putting my notes on the wiki for my players to see.

Not a website, but a yahoo egroup. We use it for group communication about the game and to host our files.

Our DM has a campaign website for our Dark Sun game. It is very useful having house rules, links, character background, rumours, etc. all in one place.
He has also set up a message board that I really ought to contribute to more.

I've used some free online services to set up a campaign website and a message board.
The website is just a place where I have noted house rules, posted maps, brief histories and bits of world information etc. - however, it probably doesn't get used all that much ...but it is there nonetheless for players to check out from time to time. I've tried to give it a 3E 'look' and also tried to break the text up with little sketches and pic's in an attempt to make it look less daunting to new players and maybe even a little easier one the eye (well that was the plan anyway
).

The main thing I like about the webspace provider is that although it's free it doesn't have any annoying adverts (either at the top of the pages or as pop-ups). It does however have a file size limit of 500KB, 250MB total storage, and 5GB monthly bandwidth (which is plenty for me).
The message board I've set up is quite a simple affair - but that gets used a lot more. We use it to post a brief summary of every session, keep track of XP, discuss possible house rules, keep track of party objectives, etc. (in much the same way as some of the folks above).
All in all we could probably manage without them... but I kinda like having them around

I have two wikis at pbwiki.com.
One is for the group where we post summaries, treasure, XP, backgrounds, and everyone keeps an up to date character sheet there.
The other is my private DM page (password protected) where I keep the themes, build out npcs, design encounters, etc.

We use it for session information, NPCs, PC backgrounds and ideas, etc. I only have the past few campaigns out there but some are quite detailed. I am just getting into putting pictures and other things with writeups.
I really like it! It's a nice place to have and when a player is gone, if I am good about updating it, he can figure out what has happened.

I have one for my current home brew, Vetus (see sig). It's really just in the starting stages, but I intend to make regular use of it as the world develops. I think the aspect that will get the most use is my campaign blog.
The previous home brew, Terra Viejo, also has a home page (lovingly cared for by TerraDave) and while I no longer use it. I believe TerraDave and his players make regular use of it.
