I'm building a level 12 Minotaur and in doing so I've come to something I find questionable.
What it basically boils down to, does the feat, Opportunity Gore (text below if you're not familiar) count as a charge attack, and thus receive additional damage from my items/feat enhancements for charges? It activates Goring Charge, but it doesn't necessitate the 2 space charge a charge normally requires.
I'm asking because I have +1d8 on charges (from my Vanguard Execution Axe +3), +1d6 on charges (from my Horned Helm), and +2 damage (from Powerful Charge feat) on top of d6 -> d8 for Goring Charge damage (from Greathorn feat) and +1d6 on opportunity attacks (from Bracers of Tactical Blows)

Also, am I correct in my understanding that I could combine this with Agile Opportunist and even use this when an ally moves me into a square adjacent to an opponent?Opportunity Gore: Whenever you make an opportunity attack, instead of making the usual melee basic attack, you can use your goring charge racial power without expending it, even if you have used it this encounter. When you do so, you ignore the power's requirement and action type, and your target is the creature that triggered the opportunity attack.
