Race: Shadowborn (formatted word document)

I created a subrace (along the lines of Dragon's Vamphyr (Dragon #371) called Shadowborn. In addition to related feats and swappable abilities, I also created the Shadowfell Adept (a Paragon Class).

I tried to make it balanced as I could but feedback regarding balance or the like is welcomed.
