please be kind its my first posting.
i gather it costs 10000 gp for an single feat item but:
does the creator have to know said feat?
what if you added a string of feats (i.e boots of dodge, mobility and spring attack)?
if you wear these boots can you take whirlwind attack? what happen if you loose them?
and if they arent related like a sword of cleave and sunder?
