Tirion grunted, but shoving against the ogre was like trying to push down a wall. Luckily his spirits were having a much better time as they tore into the great creature, sending the ogre whimpering away from the cleric.

But that only made room for the others to attack, and a human woman and several orcs rushed him. The spirits tore into them, killing a couple of the orcs, but the others charged him. The woman attacked him with a flurry of blows from her fists, but only one got through his defenses.

Concentration check: _: 2D20.HIGH(1)+4 = [17, 8]+4 = 21

With an orc blocking his way again, Tirion lowered his shield once more, trying to shove the creature back and clear the way into the room for the others even as his spirits ripped into their enemies.

Kelvyn hesitates unwilling to shoot a companion in the back by mistake. He mutters a curse and waits for his chance to push into the room and get a clear shot at one of the foes.

Uhtred waits for Tirion to push past or kill one of the orcs to move in for the kill against the monk. Quellathe and Kelvyn both follow the dwarf’s lead, not willing to threaten the cleric, while Levanna shot and burned one of the orcs with her acid spell! Tirion tried to push the orc out of the way but it suborning held its ground against the cleric!

Then the female monk unleashed a torrent of attacks against Tirion and struck him multiple times with fast fist and swift kicks. This was too much for the cleric and he fell back onto the ground with a hard thud!!!!

Quellathe sees her opening with the cleric falling…

Selattee makes two Unarmed Attacks vs. Tiron, then uses her bonus action to make an additional unarmed attack; Unarmed (martial arts) attacks and damage if she hits: 1D20+7 = [20]+7 = 27; 1D6+4 = [1]+4 = 5; 1D20+7 = [11]+7 = 18; 1D6+4 = [6]+4 = 10; 1D20+7 = [13]+7 = 20; 1D6+4 = [6]+4 = 10, wowsa, hit all three times, the first one a crit, for an extra crit damage: 1D6.OPEN(6) = [2] = 2, and that is 26 damage, knocking Tirion to 0 HP. Next round he needs to start making Death Saves.

The held actions of the rest of the group go off. Quellathe can shot the orcs if she wants… BUT up to her. Then Kelvyn and Uhtred can attack if they want.

NOTE if Quellathe attacks the orcs she will hit both times and kill both of them. I just want that to be clear before Kelvyn and Uthred move and attack…[/sblock]

With a quick flash of Quellathe's bow string, arrows pierce the pair of orcs in the door frame, one in the creature's eye the other in its throat. Both humanoids fall to the ground dead!!!!

GM: I also forgot that Selattee would have to have made her save at the start of her round for damage from Tirion attack, Will save: 1D20+4 = [8]+4 = 12, failed. She took 13 damage and is now down to 12 HP

Uhtread and Kelvyn still can act before the rest of the NPCs do this round... no one is blocking the door but if you move past Selattee she still has her Reaction

Uhtred watched as his friend falls to the blows of the woman and sees the two orcs fall to Qullathes arrows. Dispite seeing his friend fall Uhtred is glad to be able to get to grips with something, be pushes into the now open doorway and attacks the woman who had just knocked Tirion unconscious.

OOC: I'd already rolled to hit, so I'll use those again, J13 should allow Uhtred to move out of the door way without attracting an AoO

GM: reading the spell again it says that it happens at the start of their turn, and the way I roll things the monk acted first, took the damage and then took her action. Then you fell. The orcs then died before the start of their turn and no one else is in the effect.

Kelvyn can still act this turn. Sorry I missed the rolls earlier, so...


Uhtred then raced forward to filling in the gap left by the fallen priest and slashed at the woman that had dropped him, but she was too fast and nimble for his axe!!!

Kelvyn groans as the Cleric goes down. As Uhtred clears the way, Kelvyn pulls out a vial and opens the Clerics helm to pour the healing liquid into his mouth.

OOC: Common potion of healing.

Then Kelvyn stepped forward and poured a healing potion down Tirion’s throat, closing many of the cleric’s wounds before his eyes.

Then the bald headed human moved towards Uhtred, lashing out at the dwarf with his whip but missed. He said something in orcish and the Ogre, who had been standing by the wall 30 some feet away threw a javelin at the warrior but it also missed. The Baklunish wizard moved closer and hurled a bolt of fire that struck Uthred true! The last orc also step up to engage the fight and caught him with a minor glancing blow….

Khalil moves down 30 feet to M7 and hurts a fire bolt at Uthred, Attack and damage if it hits: 1D20+6 = [19]+6 = 25; 2D10 = [8, 9] = 17, hit for 17 (bring him down to 47 HP)

Uhtred tries to use his brute strength to subdue the monk, but she proves too nimble, twisting out of his grip and dodging the swing of Uhtred's great axe. He does make some use of the distraction though and steps closer to the whip wielding human hoping to render his weapon ineffective.

Quellathe muttered in frustration at being boxed in. She much preferred the forest where she could move more freely. She approached Kelvyn and Tirion, and drew her bow, ready to shoot when she could.

I'm assuming Q doesn't have line of sight on anyone at this point. As soon as she can, she will move so she does and will shoot. Khalil is preferred target, but she'll take any target she can line up on. If her target is Dutch Diamond or Khalil, her second arrow will be one of her remaining ones with drow poison on it.

Tirion coughed and came back to consciousness as Kelvyn poured the healing potion down his throat. “My thanks,” he said wearily to the rogue.

As Uhtred moved off from standing over Tirion, the cleric of Pelor forced himself to his feet, picking up his mace once more. He moved back behind the others a bit to regather himself before rejoining the fray.

Levanna considered advancing forward so that she could see more pressing threats, but she decided she was better serving her friends by allowing them to hold the choke point and thus denying the enemies more opportunities to inflict harm on the party. But with her field of view so narrow, she conjured another ball of acid and hurled it at the only target she could see.
