Planescape Manual of the Planes for 5e on DMSGuild

New on the DMSGuild is the Manual of the Planes for 5th edition. The cover is stunning.

Manual of the Planes. An invaluable, definitive work on the most fascinating aspect of the World's Greatest Roleplaying Game

It's over 300 pages and the credits page includes folks from The Draconomicon, The Dragonlance Companion, Tasha's Crucible of Everything Else, Planescape: Metropolis, The Honkonomicon and Planewalker.com

I love the special thanks.

This project was made possible by Roll20. Thank you for unlocking new horizons for the latest generation of planewalkers, bashers, berks, and touts. We’d also like to thank the giants on whose shoulders we stand when writing this book: Justice Ramin Arman, Richard Baker, Wolfgang Baur, David “Zeb” Cook, Bruce R. Cordell, Jeff Grubb, David Noonan, F. Wesley Schneider, Rick Swan, and all others who helped create and cultivate Planescape and the planes.

I've just bought it and am reading it now.

Here is the table of contents.

Given Planewalker still exists, would be cool to see a link to this there.
Does it?

It's admittedly been a while, but last I checked, the only Planewalker site still online was a cache backup from when their server crashed back around 2014. There was some effort to reviving/renovating the site for a while afterward, but even that version seems to be gone these days.

Don't get me wrong - I'd love to see Planewalker up and running again. Just haven't seen any indication of that happening, as of yet.

Unless they lost access to it they should still be able to add a link to the front page. I expect they've gotten at least a few visitors other than myself in recent months, and they're credited in the work.

Exactly. It still "exists" in the sense of the domain still points to a website with content, but it's effectively been in stasis for a long time. I'm afraid the current owner(s) are just paying hosting & domain name bills and aren't even really online much at all even.

One of the too many things I'm working on is getting a new site up for collating Planescape resources together and if I can track down those who currently own it, see if they are interested in parting with the Planewalker domain, if not, I have a different one I plan to use. Also, as part of it, getting Idran's awesome Planescape Index text file into a searchable database.

Too many spinning plates, and each taking longer than planned, but that's how it goes. But some of the Planescape old guard are resurfacing, so it's an exciting time! Not sure if it was mentioned already in this thread (I'm following too many across multiple sites), but Jon Winter-Holt made an incredible renovation of Mimir.net that people should check out for his awesome Planescape content!

I've picked up some tech savvy since 2008, including voice app design, so if this starts going somewhere be sure to be loud about it; a lot of us Old Guard have been dual classing!

This supplement looks great and the right companion for the new P: AitM.

A question: are there Sigil faction abilities in this book? I suspect not as this doesn't seem to be the scope here, but I'd like to confirm.
