My apologies on lifting the cloud, it is still there. Mills can take a move action or it will be Moad's turn after he takes acid damage.

If it's 199, he'll lightning breath where blindsense tells him Mills is.
If it's 198, he'll take one MEA towards Mills and if he can attack him then he will (via tailslap if necessary, bite otherwise), if he can't attack after one MEA, take another.

For effects that affect the entire arena, I have always used 60N60E as the center. Does that seem reasonable?

Maod is not shaken.
It is the beginning of round 199, and Maod has posted his move, which I will resolve later.

A line of lightning comes out of the acid cloud and hits Mills. Mills can't dodge (16 Ref save) and takes 60 damage.

Mills dies. The acid cloud goes away (26 CL check). The water level goes down to around 3 inches lower (38 CL check).

Next for NE in round 199: a living blasphemy. (MM III)

Maod is at 85N60E and has 231 hp left.
